I conduct a complete walk-through of your home, indicating what areas need cleaned, organized, and decluttered. The client receives a complete check-list they can use for follow-up on their own. One hour minimum.
Staging Project . . . . . . . . . . . . $25/hour When you need someone to get your home ready-to-sell for you. I stage the house with the buyer in mind. I remove and rearrange items to make the home look spacious, uncluttered and inviting. 4-hour mininum. I do not do garages, attics, unfinished basements.
Vignette Staging . . . . . . . . $15/hour When you want a small corner area staged to look warm and inviting. One hour minimum.
